1.Product Introduction: Slewing rings suitable for tower cranes, with external gear drives, capable of withstanding overturning moments and radial loads during the slewing of tower cranes, and suitable for high-altitude working environments.
2.Structure Type: It has an annular shape. The inner and outer rings are made of 42CrMo steel, with built-in double-row steel balls. The outer ring is machined with external teeth (module 3 - 8), and metal skeleton seals are used to prevent dust, and the mounting holes precisely match the tower crane body.
3.Size Range: Outer ring diameter: 800 - 2500mm, inner ring diameter: 700 - 2350mm, height: 40 - 100mm.
4.Material: Inner ring / outer ring: 50Mn, 42CrMo; rolling elements: GCr15 bearing steel, GCr15SiMn (optional for impact resistance); seals: nitrile rubber, fluororubber (optional for oil and high temperature resistance).
5.Application Fields: QTZ63, QTZ80, QTZ125 series of tower cranes.
6.Key Inspection Items: Tooth surface hardness of external gears, anti-overturning moment, dust-proof performance of seals.
