1.Product Introduction: With cylindrical rollers as the rolling elements, having stronger axial load-bearing capacity than thrust ball bearings, impact-resistant, suitable for medium and heavy axial load scenarios.
2.Structure Type: Shaft washer + housing washer + cylindrical rollers + cage. The rollers are arranged axially, and it has an open structure.
3.Size Range: Inner diameter: 30 - 600mm, outer diameter: 70 - 800mm, height: 20 - 100mm.
4.Material: Shaft washer: GCr15/GCR15SIMN/20Cr2Ni4A, housing washer: GCr15/GCR15SIMN/20Cr2Ni4A, rolling elements (cylindrical rollers): GCr15/GCR15SIMN, cage: steel / brass.
5.Accuracy: Conventional P0/P6 grades, heavy-duty models are of P5 grade.
6.Application Fields: Mining machinery, heavy-duty reducers, port cranes, large motors.
7.Key Inspection Items: Axial load-bearing capacity, parallelism of rollers, flatness of shaft washer and housing washer.
