1.Product Introduction: With three rows of cylindrical rollers for bearing (two rows of radial rollers + one row of axial rollers), it has extremely strong load-bearing capacity, with a radial load ≥3000kN, suitable for super heavy-duty equipment.
2.Structure Type: It has an integrally forged annular shape. The inner and outer rings have three rows of raceways for cylindrical rollers, with steel cages, heavy-duty metal seals, and the mounting holes are suitable for super-large bolts (above M36).
3.Size Range: Outer ring diameter: 1500 - 6000mm, inner ring diameter: 1350 - 5800mm, height: 100 - 250mm.
4.Material: Inner ring / outer ring: 50Mn, 42CrMo; rolling elements: GCr15, GCr15SiMn (optional for impact resistance); seals: nitrile rubber, fluororubber (optional for oil and high temperature resistance).
5.Application Fields: Ultra-large port cranes, mining excavators, heavy-duty crawler cranes, offshore wind power equipment.
6.Key Inspection Items: Clearance of the three rows of rollers, radial load-bearing capacity, flaw detection of forgings.
