1.Product Introduction: Mainly designed to bear axial loads, with extremely weak radial load-bearing capacity, low rotational friction coefficient, suitable for light and medium axial positioning scenarios.
2.Structure Type: Shaft washer (tightly fitted to the shaft) + housing washer (tightly fitted to the bearing housing) + single-row steel balls + cage, open type (optionally with nitrile rubber dust cover).
3.Size Range: Inner diameter: 10 - 300mm, outer diameter: 30 - 400mm, height: 8 - 50mm.
4.Material: Shaft washer: GCr15/GCR15SIMN/20Cr2Ni4A, housing washer: GCr15/GCR15SIMN/20Cr2Ni4A, rolling elements (steel balls): GCr15/GCR15SIMN, cage: stamped steel / brass.
5.Accuracy: Conventional P0/P6 grades, precision models are of P5 grade.
6.Application Fields: Thrust end of machine tool spindles, axial support of small motors, water pumps, light industrial equipment.
7.Key Inspection Items: Flatness of shaft washer and housing washer, clearance between steel balls, axial load-bearing capacity.
