1.Product Introduction: Capable of bearing unidirectional heavy axial loads, with better impact resistance than thrust ball bearings, contact angle of 25° - 30°, suitable for medium and heavy load scenarios.
2.Structure Type: Shaft washer + housing washer + single-row tapered rollers + cage, the tapered surfaces of the rollers fit the raceways of the shaft washer and housing washer, open structure.
3.Size Range: Inner diameter: 20 - 500mm, outer diameter: 50 - 600mm, height: 15 - 80mm.
4.Material: Shaft washer: GCr15/GCR15SIMN/20Cr2Ni4A, housing washer: GCr15/GCR15SIMN/20Cr2Ni4A, rolling elements (tapered rollers): GCr15/GCR15SIMN, cage: stamped steel / brass.
5.Accuracy: Conventional P0/P6 grades, heavy-duty precision models are of P5 grade.
6.Application Fields: Rear axle of heavy-duty trucks, axial support of mining machinery, thrust end of large reducers.
7.Key Inspection Items: Conformity of tapered surface fitting (≥95%), axial load-bearing capacity, consistency of roller arrangement.
