1.Product Introduction: The same as "Triple-row Roller Slewing Bearings". It has a triple-row roller bearing structure, is suitable for super heavy loads, and has excellent anti-overturning moment performance.
2.Structure Type: It has an integrally forged annular shape, with three rows of raceways + three rows of rollers, steel cages, heavy-duty seals, and the mounting holes are suitable for large bolts.
3.Size Range: Outer ring diameter: 1500 - 6000mm, inner ring diameter: 1350 - 5800mm, height: 100 - 250mm.
4.Material: Inner ring / outer ring: 50Mn, 42CrMo; rolling elements: GCr15 bearing steel, GCr15SiMn (optional for impact resistance); seals: nitrile rubber, fluororubber (optional for oil and high temperature resistance).
5.Application Fields: Large port cranes, mining excavators, heavy-duty crawler cranes, offshore wind power.
6.Key Inspection Items: Consistency of roller clearance, anti-overturning moment, flaw detection of forgings.
